Vraj Desai

Founder

Vraj Desai is an Advocate and a Chartered Accountant with a strong focus on domestic and international taxation and start-up advisory. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University and has extensive experience in tax advisory and structuring, US federal taxation, and corporate law.

Prior to Intercept Legal, Vraj was part of Ernst & Young's Tax Credit Investment Advisory Services team in New York, where he worked on tax structuring/advisory, tax modeling and Pillar 2 research and structuring.

His experience spans both law firms and chartered accountancy firms in India, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of tax and corporate regulations.
